Half board: Tyrolean delicacies
- Rich Tyrolean breakfast buffet daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: a selection of fresh rolls, croissants, and toasted bread, accompanied by a variety of jams and, of course, original Tyrolean butter. Additionally, we provide yoghurt, fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheese, and muesli. And let’s not forget our delightful fruit juices from Rauch, the aromatic coffee, and a selection of teas. We also serve freshly prepared egg dishes on request.
- Varied and tasty 4-course menu in the evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.: discover the rich flavours of Austria’s regional cuisine through dishes like Powidl (plum jam), Kaspressknödel cheese bread dumplings), Gröstl (speck, eggs, and potatoes), Beiried (beef), and Fleckerl (pasta dish). Our menu showcases down-to-earth, honest, and refined dishes that capture the essence of Austrian cuisine. Regional cuisine in Austria is varied and particularly tasty. Our commitment to quality extends beyond the renowned Kaiserschmarrn torn pancakes to every item on our menu. Every evening, we serve a delicious 4-course menu with a choice of starters and main courses. Alongside Austrian delicacies, we also offer international dishes, including Italian and French specialities. We also offer vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free dishes.
