What does wellness mean to you? The Parkhotel Matrei is not a classic wellness hotel on the Brenner Pass. Our understanding of a “wellness holiday” extends beyond the ordinary. For us, wellness means a holiday for the body, mind, and soul. It means a comprehensive pampering programme, starting with relaxation in our park and enjoying nature in the Tyrolean mountains, to hours of indulgence in our restaurant.
Our relaxation area is called “Matreyum” – the Latin name for the Roman settlement Matrei am Brenner – and includes a Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, cold water grotto, fresh air area, relaxation zone, and solarium. A wide range of massage options rounds off your successful relaxation holiday at the Parkhotel Matrei.
